Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. winx86 directory in Peopletools 8.54 and 8.55

If peopletools 8.54 and 8.55 are 64 bit applications then why do we still have a winx86 directory?
