Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dear All,

I am looking for your help to understand the below terms.

1) what is the windows and Linux DPK? and it's usage?

2) what is the virtual box and native OS image? and it's usage?

3) what is the difference between update image and upgrade image?

You can explain me in a high level.
