BI Publisher/ XML Publisher: Applying Group Filter/ Group Selection Criteria

Hi - In XML Publisher, is there a way to apply a "group filter" or "group selection criteria"? For example, I only want to show those groups if sum(field) > 1000. Thanks for any help you can provide!
