Change Order of Rows in a Grid

Is there a way to change the display order for rows in a grid on a page?  In our Advisor Center, on the Advisee General Info page, service indicators appear to be displaying according to the date and time added, with the oldest first (ascending).  I have been asked if they can display according to the most recently added (descending).  Our issue is that advisors need to view and release the recently added advising hold.  Many are not clicking on View All to view all the service indicators nor are they going to the next page to view the additional
