RSTAT Daemon Port - Solaris 11

Hi Experts,

RSTAT Daemon Port number is getting dynamically change after restarting the service in Solaris 11. We have mentioned particular number in /etc/services. Then also it is getting changed after every service restart. Please let me know, is there any solution to fix a permanent port number for rstat service. As this port number we needs to share with security team to open the port from firewall.
