What is the best way to upgrade from HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2 (update 16)

Hi all!

I have an environment with PT 8.52 and HCM 9.1.

I just did upgrade tools to version 8.55.03 (its works fine) but now I need to upgrade HCM product to version 9.2 (update 16)

How can I do this? Using Change assistante too?

Is there a template upgrade the same way as in upgrade tools?
Or I have to create a new database with HCM9.2 and then migrate using change assistante from one database to another?
