HTML Approvals - Which code produce Approve, Deny buttons in the email

Hi I would like to know if anybody knows which code produces Approve, Deny Pushback buttons at the end of the HTML email approvals.

I need it for my custom AWE transaction ... so When I process transaction and I get email but I'm missing these buttons.
