OIM 11.1.2.3 Identity Self Service shows blank page

I installed Oracle Identity and access management 11.1.2.3.0 on Linux 6.7. I can start AdminServer, OIM, OAM, SOA successfully. I can login to http://myhost:14000/identity with xelsysadm and weblogic users(twice) but I got blank page.

What is wrong? How should I proceed?
