How to compile ReSA Library batch

We have customized ReSA Library batch sagettot.pc which is called by standard batch saexpgl. Please guide us on how to compile sagettot.pc as we are getting error while compiling.

Error is 

make: 1254-002 Cannot find a rule to create target sagettot from dependencies.
