Logon design does not display all fields

How would I best train this type of website logon? The site's logon window does not display all fields. Please refer to the attached. 

 

#1 shows only a group id and User id fields. This I can get to populate.  I can’t get SSO to recognize the 'Continue' button to expose the password field #2.


I have tried Enter,  Submit and also Tab and click on the Continue button verse submit. But no luck.

   

I have tried Fields tab \ Control IDs #3 with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
