Challenges Creating a Change Package with PUM 16-A

Hello,

     After installing PUM 16-A using "", I am ready to create a Change Package but not finding the next steps.  The document refers to "Complete the installation instructions outlined in the PeopleSoft Deployment Package Installation for Update Images to install your update image.", but I am not finding the next steps -- documentation pasted lower in this email.  Can anyone point me the the right direction?

29. To confirm the external shell access to the virtual machine, log in to the virtual machine from your host OS using Secure Shell (SSH) with a telnet client.
