PTF 8.55 Playback issue

I am facing an issue while play back the PTF script. PTF version is 8.55 and Peoplesoft version 8.55.03. Internet Explorer is -  IE 11

Below are some mpre details -

While playing back the script on PTF, the home page is displayed after the login step. (It's playing back the  and accepting the credentials and password) and  Afterwards, It gets stuck on the same page finally ending with error.
Execution aborted- Unhandled error: Unable to get browser
