OPM Quality Management Sample Creation workflow timed out

Hi -


Sysadmin is this workflow administrator ..


The notification is nearly arrived CLOSED ..


the problem is that i want to RE-ASSIGN these notifications to other users  , but i got this error "this notification is closed"


How can i keep these notifications opened as long as we need .. or how to re-assign it when we need ?
