PeopleSoft HCM Virtualbox Install-Secure Enterprise Search - Cannot log into Search Login Page

Hi,

Let me preface by stating that the answer to this question may be another question ....like "Why do you want to do it?"   But I will still ask because I would lke my PSoft VBox HCM 8.54 9.2 with SES install to do everything.

When I attempt to sign in to the Oracle SES Search Page (attached) I get an error:  "An error occurred during authentication. Contact your administrator".  The account I am using is a valid account with connectivity to the SES database instance.  The searchsys defined in PeopleTools is correctly configured on the search instance page and searches are working.  Just wondering why I cannot access via:
