One single User unable to run nvision reports thru Process scheduler

Until the past week, the User has successfully been able to run nvs reports.  Now, without any Access\Role changes, the user receives a message stating “Message Reason: Invalid User ID and password for signon. (0,0)”.  This happens with all nvision reports that this particular User attempts to run. When logging in as myself, I can successfully run those same Report Requests.  Any ideas what the issue could be? Thank You
