Audit Report by User

For 11.1..2.4 version, what are the options to generate an audit report by user for a specific period?

This requirement is specifically for Power User and Task Owner (CM) .  Looking for a report that tracks activities within application performed by Power User or task owner, eg change due date, change properties...etc. 

Currently, the information can be found in History tab or report binder.  Looking for a caned report or a more robust option that doesn't require lots clicks or drill into details.  Thanks!
