Oracle Identity Analytics - v11.1.1.5 - I have a User Entitlement Certification Issue

Hello - I'm new here.  I have been running certifications fro my company and now I am running into a very nasty problem.  I'm trying to run User Entitlement certifications for specific resources with their roles and the results I am getting are the the users with what I am looking for AND other resources and roles that should not come into the certification.

What is the best way or what should I do to be able to run a User Certification that will give me what I am asking for in the cert.
