seg_fault 11g Webgate on Apache with worker MPM and SSL

So I am trying to setup an Apache webgate which uses the ssl module and mpm worker modules. I keep getting a a segmentation fault error from apache. Right now I am just trying to get this working in OPEN mode, so no secure communication with OAM yet.

I have another apache instance which uses the same agent profile and it works like a charm, but its using the OOTB prefork and no ssl.

Apache starts up fine, but when I attempt access I get "the connection was reset" over http and "Secure Connection Failed" over https.
