Online Journal Post Bypassing Security

Here is the scenario...

- Journal comes to GL from a subsystem and doesn't pass edits because of a combo edit error.

- Combo edit group is lifted from Ledgers for a Unit page so journal can be posted as is ensuring GL and subsystem stay in sync

- User runs Online Journal Post process (instead of Online Journal Edit) and journal posts

When looking at the backend tables, it shows the user running the Online Journal Edit as the last process instance to touch the journal (GL_EDIT_0) even though the user did not run that process with no indication that a journal post process was ever run except for the 'P' status on the journal.
