Clarification on Collection summary Process - Reg

Hi,

We would like to know how a strategy (For eg: Print,Fax) is getting mapped to a Customer(while printing Dunning letters) based on the score in collection summary process.

Product details and versions details are as follows: Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2 and RDBMS : 10.2.0.5.0
