Custom LOV is not working in siebel Open UI IP15 after applying patchset 9

Hi,

I have recently applied patchset9 on Siebel Open UI 15. Post that, whatever changes we are doing on LOVs, are not reflecting. We have added one LOV under type OUI_THEME_SELECTION, to implement theme change. But unable to select the specified theme in User Preference. However OOTB themes are available for selection.

Can anyone suggest any workaround?
