oim adf app rendering is very slow

Hi,

In one of the OIM 11.1.2.2.8 installation (on Windows server) we observe very slow ADF UI response of Self Service app in IE9-32bit.

And this is visualy observed as very slow rendering and looks like javascript and css issue in IE or as an issue in combination of weblogic oim-IE.

Has anyone seen such problems in Self Service UI?

Any advices are highly welcome!
