PeopleTools 8.55 Tools Only Upgrade from 8.53 - Create Target Database in CA

We are starting to play around with doing a tools only 8.53 upgrade to 8.55 on MSS.

So far, we have done the following:

Created Windows 2012R2 servers for APP/PRCS/WEB with PeopleTools 8.55 Base Software + 8.55 patch #03 installed.

Created SQL2014 databases which are copies of the 8.53 SQL2008r2 databases

Loaded 8.55.03 Change Assistant and started.

Filled in the parameters on the General Options tab with the PS_HOME, STAGING, OUTPUT and DOWNLOAD directories.     I am using the 8.55.03 directory for the PS_HOME in this option.

On the SELECT TASK page, selected the "Upgrade to a New Release of PeopleTools"

Here's where my question starts.
