Collectors are unable to record promises even after setups & profiles said to allow take promises..

Hi,

I set the below setup and profile options, even collects are not able to record promises, did i miss any setup other than this or do i need to set any another profile, please advise..

Do you take promises to pay from your customers?Yes
IEX: Enable Promise to PayYes
