Advanced Collections Scoring Setups clarification at Single OU and Multiple OUs

Hi,

As per our client requirements, we have below question to fulfill...

1. Bill To Collections level setups

A) If our collection level is BILL TO and did the setups so as:

==>run below scoring engine at Single OU

Step-1

IEX:Scoring Engine Harness Program: ran with below parameters

Selected Single OU

Delinquency Status Determination

Customer Scoring

Account Scoring

Bill to Scoring

Step-2

IEX:Scoring Engine Harness Program: ran with below parameters

not selected any OU( left it as blank)

Delinquency Status Determination

Bill to Scoring

Questions:

Q1) Out of above Setup-1, Setup-2 which concurrent will give us scoring if our collections are bill to..
