RIB Date field format

Hi,

Before day light saving the date format for the RIB date field in the messages are coming as "20151229T00:00:00Z".

After the day light saving is over, the date format is coming as <effective_date>;2016-03-30T00:00:00+01:00</effective_date>

Which parameter to be set to get the format as "20151229T00:00:00Z". Please advise, SIT is on hold. Thanks a lot
