DPK Install Without Weblogic

We are in the process of upgrading to PT 8.55.03 and I am building out some Windows file servers using DPK.  In our environment we do not run Weblogic on our Windows servers and I don't want it installed.  I'm running the following command to kick off the process:

psft-dpk-setup.ps1 -env_type midtier -deploy_only -deploy_type all

I exit the process when prompted since we have developed a psft_customizations.yaml file so the install complies with our conventions.  However, I have not found a way to stop Weblogic from being installed.
