Oracle 12c DB parameter settings

Hi Team,

Please help me in setting (alter) the Oracle DB 12c parameters -

=> To set parameter SHARED_POOL_SIZE :: greater than or equal to 147456KB

=> To set parameters SGA_MAX_SIZE        :: greater than or equal to 147456KB)

=> To set parameters SGA_Target               ::  (should be equal to SGA_Max_SIZE)

I need to run OIM RCU for OIM Schemas & these attributes are pre-requisites OIM RCU

Please help me team.
