"The connection to store purchase order system cannot be made at this time" SIM 13.1.7

Hello,

When trying to access the Store Order screen on SIM I'm getting the error "The connection to store purchase order system cannot be made at this time".

From what I could gather this is related with RSL configurations, what I'm trying to find out is where can I change the configuration.

SIM version is 13.1.7

The server is OC4J

Can someone help, please?

PS: I can't find any services_rsl.xml in the system.
