Why is the workflow diagram not visible in Status Monitor ?

Dear all,

There is a button "View Diagram" in the Workflow Status Monitor, which opens a graphical representation of the current workflow.

This used to work, and still dows in our 12.1.2. environment.

In our new 12.1.3 the button "View Diagram" is still there, but the diagram is not showing up.

We see no error in the logfile or in the screen.

The Java console is not showing any details as well.

Should I activate java in the browser, or is this some memory issue?
