Voucher approval history does not show approvers details if voucher is denied

Hi Team,

Currently we are upgrading from 9.1 version to 9.2 image 11.

We are facing a weird issue with voucher approval process. when a voucher is submitted for approval and approved by 1st approver and denied by 2nd approver. After correction if voucher is re submitted and approved by both approvers. Approval history grid does not show any approvers details. However issue was faced in 9.1 version as well but its not reported every time.

Can you please let us know if any such issue was reported and any solution is available to fix it.
