Are there any issues with having Oracle SES on Oracle 12c database and PeopleSoft databases on 11g?

I created Oracle SES demo and dev environments over a year ago when staff were interested in looking at PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 9.2. The databases are still at 11.2.0.3 and I want to upgrade them since the team now needs them for the ELM 9.2 upgrade. Our PeopleSoft databases are currently 11.2.0.4 and we are planning to upgrade to 12c but mostly likely after PeopleTools and/or application upgrades. Would there be any issues/problems if the Oracle SES databases are at 12c while the PeopleSoft databases are at 11g?

I expect not, but I know better than to assume.
