ps query times out in 3 tier but completes in 2 tier

Team,  I am facing an issue where one my user is running the ps query through Query Manager and it timesout in PIA. but when i tried to run that query in database directly it ran in appx 3 mins.

When user tried in 2 tier mode it completed fine however in 3 tier it times out. I am attaching some settings appreciate you help in getting me to the resolution.


Webserver timeout setting

session timeout=20

network_disconnect_timeout=0

send_timeout=50

receive_timeout=1300

Application timeout setting

PSAPPSRV  Service Timeout=300

PSQCKSRV  Service Timeout=300

PSQRYSRV  Service Timeout=1200
