Where to make a suggestion for PeopleTools

Does anyone know where to send Oracle a suggestion for PeopleTools?  It's not a bug exactly, but there has been a bit of a design flaw for years.

Basically, in the configuration manager the PeopleCode Debugger Listener port number box is under the Trace tab.  Has been this way for years and is incorrect.  This entry changes domain to domain, so it should be stored under the sub tabs under the Profile tab (mock up below).  As it is now I have a batch process that edits the config file and loads it every time someone starts the IDE.

Where o' where does someone make such a suggestion to the 'Tools developers?
