Handling Dispute
Hi,
How to handle the this dispute in BRM:-
1. Subscription Charge Amount for a Product = $100
2. On cancellation, after 5 days usage. A pro-rate Refund Amount = $98.5
3. Customer demands for full refund i.e. remaining $1.5.
What are the possible ways to resolve this dispute without raising any discrepancy in the BRM system?
