Hello Gurus,

I am working as PS Admin. I am going to visit Client location to get handover of ongoing PeopleSoft project from Client employees. Requests your guidance and additional steps to have comprehensive KT. Thanks in Advance! Below points are in my mind currently:

-Instance Details sheet (Web/App/Batch Port details, Passwords, Server machines, at.al)

-Environment Refresh process document

-Migration process & Change Request process/document (Flow for approval)

-Integration Broker configurations(PeopleHub)

-Environment maintenance scripts (viz. Stats, Indexing, other performance tuning implemented)

-Known PS issues and resolutions

-Patching process(DB/Tools patching and application bundle/ OS)

-Performance bottleneck point, (month-end/Payroll cycle/large batch job/)
