PeopleSoft 8.55 Fresh Install while boot gives error CMDTUX_CAT:816: ERROR: Cannot exec, executable

Hi,

I have did a fresh install for PeopleSoft 8.55 and also applied tuxedo rolling patch R057.

I am getting this error while booting the application server. I have set the TUXDIR and PS_HOME environments.

exec PSWATCHSRV -o ./LOGS/stdout -e ./LOGS/stderr -A -- -ID 129016 -D TESTSERV -S PSWATCHSRV :

        CMDTUX_CAT:816: ERROR: Cannot exec, executable file not found

tmboot: CMDTUX_CAT:827: ERROR: Fatal error encountered; initiating user error handler

exec tmshutdown -qy

What could be the reason. Any idea please suggest on this.
