JavaScript error when creating a WebADI document

Hello:

  JavaScript error when creating a WebADI document - seeded GL Journal and a custom integrator. Excel 2013 and IE 11 are configured as per attachment. Trace file doesn't have any records corresponding to the user sessions with the error. Has anyone seen similar errors?
