How to migrate OID11.1.1.6 + DIP 11.1.1.2 + AD EUS data to a new OID11.1.1.9 + DIP 11.1.1.2 + AD

My concerns are on the operational attributes migration from OID11.1.1.6 + DIP 11.1.1.2 + AD EUS data to a new OID11.1.1.9 + DIP 11.1.1.2 + AD.

I have my LDIF export from OID11.1.1.6 via ldapsearch -L.

Thanks the flags "\* \+" I am enable to have all operational attributes on the LDIF file.

Assuming I have such export for all my Enterprise Users.

Then I can run the bulkload tool.

I have done so but all entries failed with the following:
