Transfer Maintenance Form Creates Shipment For The Transfer That User Cancelled (Doc ID 1601843.1)

Hi,

I have downloaded the Patch 1765262 associated with the above (Doc ID 1601843.1).

Could you inform me what objects have been changed as part of this bug 14560855, as when i try to open Form tsf.fmb 838675 in Oracle Forms Builder, it fails to load the following:
