How to make fields under Attributes section in Update Transaction page mandatory? Navigation: Compen

We have requirement to make certain fields under Attributes section in the Update Transaction page. Navigation: Compensation Manager> Tasks > Maintain Transaction > Query and open a transaction. Please let me know if there are any out of the box setups to enable this.
