User Management in Oracle Identity Management and Synchronization issue

Hi All,

as OIM-Admin, I changed an User Job Title (Manage User --> Select User --> Modify --> Update and Submit). I see message the User account is updated successfully, but User doesn't see new changes.

I checked with my account of another System and don't see changes too.

I checked with another User-Account and another PC, as OIM-Admin, and see the fields are correctly updated!

What is wrong? Is that a synchronization problem?
