HCM 9.1 PIA issues after Tools 8.55.04 patch
We recently performed a Tools-Only upgrade on an HCM9.1 instance from 8.52 to 8.55.01, then followed that with application of Tools Patch 8.55.04. All done using classic installation method.
After dealing with various Tuxedo (rps) and java issues, the app server, process scheduler and PIA domain are starting.
The issue is now with PIA functionality. The PIA Home page displays what looks to be our Classic Home page but the left-side menu is gone and all the applets are compressed into blue bars each with a refresh icon and a settings drop-down icon that includes only one option to minimize.
Using the Main Menu, I can navigate to certain pages but I am finding that buttons are unresponsive. The graphics move but the functionality is null.
