Voucher XREF Table is not getting Populated

Hi,

I am stuck in AWE issue in FSCM 9.2. The issue is XREF table is not getting populated after saving the Voucher Data, and Workflow is not routing it says "Not Routed" to Some 'XXXX'. I have checked the configuration and all the user profile all are properly setup.
