PeopleTools 8.54 Workflow Activity Guide/Component Interface

Hi,

Looking at using the workflow activity guide with Peopletools 8.54.  I have currently run into 2 issues that I'm trying to solve.

1.  I have the link to my first page in a work center but when it calls the URL by the GenerateActGuidePortalURL(), the blank page shows briefly before rendering the correct page for the user.

2.  Found that the addition of the Activity_Guide_SBP has created a problem for component interfaces and seems that you have to recreate the CI and deploy at the same time as your workflow activity guide pages.

Was wondering if anyone had run into either of these issues and how they were resolved?  Especially the component interface change problem.
