I am trying to set up Dunning contacts. How do I do this in the TCA?
I am trying to set up Dunning contacts. How do I do this in the TCA? What fields need to be added or updated? I know I can use the UWQ and open a contact and select Actions > Dunning contact. However, this is not the preferred method by our collectors. If I want to set up Dunning contacts in the TCA, what specific fields do I need to enter and update? I am also asking as we will more than likely use an API to update customers as we are going to start using Dunning letters on a large
