Regarding Task UI in Siebel Order Management

Hi Experts,

We are using Siebel IP2014 and wanted to re-design the account creation and Order flow.

With that in mind wanted to understand the OOTB task (if any) already present and how can we activate/test the same in SAMPLE database.

Also any known issues/bugs on this in Ip2014 would help us lot in proposing the design.
