Setting up webserver HCM PUM 17 - native OS install - getting error about password

The puppet files were working on setting up the HCM PUM 17 webserver on a windows 2012 R2 server (native OS install).  The instructions for the webserver admin password state the following: "Enter a new Weblogic Server Admin Password. Please ensure that the  password has at least 8 characters with at least uppercase, one number or a special character:".  I keyed in PTWEBSERVER1 which met the requirements.  The puppet script is now working on  setting up weblogic and gave me the following error message: "Webserver admin password must be at least 8 characters with atleast one uppercase, one lowercase and
