OIM-OAM-AD integration issues

Hi All,

We have a requirement regarding SSO using OAM in which OAM is using AD as an identity store. We also have to provide self service password reset functionality for which we have integrated OAM-OIM using AD. We also configured LdapSync between OIM and AD as it is necessary for OAM-OIM integration.

There are some issues that we are facing:

1.  After running reconciliation jobs the users in AD are not synchronized from AD to OIM. (Our requirement is bi-directional reconciliation between OIM and AD).

2. Secondly the users are not redirected to change password forcefully after first login. (Our requirement is that user should be redirected to change password forcefully after 1st login.)
