Getting error "oracle.apps.fnd.common.attributes" accessing Tools/Workflow Status/View Diagram

I want check workflow of sales order, When i click on Tools->Workflow status it open workflow page.

and i open specific view diagram, then it show me Application error  "oracle.apps.fnd.common.attributes"s

how can solve this error?
